Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit for any products purchased within 14 days provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;

  • is unopened and unused

  • in original condition and packaging

  • includes all accessories

  • is not a customized item

  • is not a special request product ordered specifically for you, that we do not usually stock

Customized products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The product exchange will need to be of the exact same value. There is no change given for product exchanges or store credits.

Sale or Clearance items or products purchased during Clearance or sale events in our store or online, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Goods

If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Ecko, bring it back to us or have it couriered with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act. For any item returned that is faulty, the cost of couriering it back to us will be re-funded. 

Indoor Plants

With every plant purchase we will provide you with a care guide to help you take care of your plants at home. They are just a guide and every house hold temperature, lighting etc will vary. We are happy to assist you with any plant problems or any plant questions you have at any time.

Indoor plants are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact Ecko. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.

If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Ecko Gift card.
